Treasures in Vogue, Inc. only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. Treasures in Vogue, Inc. will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but Treasures in Vogue, Inc. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 15 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY allows you to exchange the product within 15 days of receipt. However, Treasures in Vogue will not be able to refund any sales.
In case of exchange, shipping charges as per actual are to be borne by the recipient (both ways).
If an item arrives defective Treasures in Vogue, Inc. will repair the item within 60-75 days of your purchase at no additional cost. In the event that the damaged item is irreparable, our exchange policy will apply. Any orders which are custom made are final sale. Please note the customer pays the return postage/shipping charges. Please make sure that retu rn package includes all original packaging and collateral material. Also ensure that you purchase insurance for the return package.
